🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless an item qualifies under our warranty for damage or defects.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variations due to screen differences
- Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear over time
🛡️ 3-Month Limited Cup Warranty
We offer a 3-month limited warranty on all cups starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturer or seller-related defects, even if the issue appears after use — as long as proper care instructions were followed.
✔ Covered Under Warranty
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if any of the following occur due to a product defect:
- Cup leaking due to seal failure
- Design peeling, lifting, or fading prematurely
- Cracked glass or plastic not caused by impact
- Defective or broken straw upon arrival
- Structural defects affecting normal use
This includes issues that appear within 3 months of delivery that are not caused by shipping damage and not due to misuse.
📸 How to File a Claim
To request a replacement or refund under warranty:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for shipping-related damage
- For product defects not caused by shipping, you may file a claim any time within 3 months of delivery

- Clear photos or video of the issue

Confirmation that care instructions were followed
Claims without photo or video proof may be denied.
❌ Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage caused by misuse or accidents is not covered. This includes:
- Dropping the cup or impact damage
- Dishwasher, microwave, or freezer damage (unless item is labeled safe)
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold
- Improper cleaning methods
- Scratches, scuffs, or wear from normal use
- Damage caused by not following care instructions

Following the provided care instructions is required to maintain the longevity of your cup and keep the warranty valid.
