Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • After processing, orders ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom items are considered pre-orders.
  • Custom orders require up to 15 business days for processing due to the handmade and personalized nature of these products.
  • Once completed, custom orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate.

 

📬 Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.
  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
