Custom & Personalized Orders
- All custom items are considered pre-orders.
- Custom orders require up to 15 business days for processing due to the handmade and personalized nature of these products.
- Once completed, custom orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.
- Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
